why do manually entered resources for Evolve keep getting marked as depeleted?

this is a new resource as of today.
Whatever export script that was in place isn't running for the system updates so I'm manually entering in "some" resources.
They keep getting removed.

What's going on and what needs to be done to fix it?

Evolve had a server feed setup, if they have turned off that export then this side of that feed still running will ignore any user input as the server feed is authoritative, thus every time the feed ran it would clobber any user submitted resources because they weren't in the feed. I have disabled the feed on this side as of right now which will no longer clobber user entries. With server feeds it's one or the other, so someone will have to let me know to turn it back on if they ever turn their export back on.
