Issues Logging In - Forgot Password

Created this account because I couldn't find a way to reach anyone for support. The user name is Retchtable and I'd like to continue using that account. When I do the forgot password, the link allows me to enter the change, but as soon as I do, I see an error message saying the link isn't valid. When I try the new password to see if it went through, I'm still not able to login due to an incorrect password.
