You can finally access the info about the Droid AI now. So head over there ASAP.
RSF computer [-5532, 4542] inside Theed palace. Select it, and press the radial menu (~ key, or Europeans press ¬SMILEY and select Access Computer..

You will have to select various Queries to get info about various old republic droid modules. There doesn't appear to be a specific order required, so this is the logical order:

You are to head to the Skaak Tipper Hideout in Kaadara [6699, 7187] and locate a mouse droid which has the chip you require... The hideout is full of CL21-24 Aggro Skaaks.
It's located [6610, 7104] select it, and open the radial menu to select Remove Chip, then it blows up... hehe. Spawn time is approx 1 minute. Return to the Computer in Theed.

Rewards: 12190 Quest XP, 10876c
Find Borvo, he is located in the back room of the Cantina in Moenia, Naboo. [4875, -4673]
When you speak to him, ask him about the module, and he will banter with you about getting past his security system to test it.
Find his vault. His vault is located [4318, -4781]
When you arrive, your journal will update to instruct you to override 8 security codes before you can open the vault.
The vault contains the following NPCs:
Blastromech: R2 unit: CL22
IG assasin droid base: IG droid: CL24
Murra: Creature: CL23
Battle Droid: CL 23 Elite
Enraged Acklay: CL28 Gold Elite
Rancor: CL24 Elite
Blow_up_droid: R2 droid: CL22

Next you have to aquire the AI, found in a terminal at [4390, -4648]
Head back and speak to Borvo.
Next, head back to the RSF mainframe in Theed, Naboo.
